      密封(fēng)膠(sealant/sealing glue)是指引随(sui)密封面形狀(zhuàng)而變形,不易(yì)流淌,有一定(ding)粘結性的密(mi)✉️封🈲材料。是用(yong)來填充構形(xíng)間隙、以起到(dào)密封作用的(de)膠粘🚶‍♀️劑。 具📞有(you)防洩漏、防水(shui)、防振動及隔(ge)音、隔熱等作(zuò)用。

        通常以瀝(lì)青物、天然樹(shu)脂或合成樹(shu)脂、天然橡膠(jiao)或合成橡膠(jiāo)等㊙️幹性或非(fēi)幹性的粘稠(chou)物為基料,配(pèi)合滑石粉、白(bai)土、炭黑、钛白(bai)粉㊙️和石棉等(děng)惰性填料,再(zai)加入增塑劑(ji)、溶劑、固化劑(jì)、促進劑等制(zhi)成。

●高粘度泵(beng)使用時注意(yi)事項Matters needing attention when using high viscosity pump

  進、出口(kou)管路的管徑(jìng)必須和泵保(bao)持一緻;The diameters of inlet and outlet piping must be consistent with pump;

  設計(jì)管路時應盡(jin)量減少彎頭(tou),且彎頭角度(du)不宜過小,進(jìn)口🌐管線不宜(yi)過長,以免影(ying)響自吸。

  啟動(dong)前每個注油(yóu)杯都應家潤(rùn)滑油,且保證(zhèng)每天加油一(yī)次。

  泵在工作(zuò)前應該點動(dòng)啟動電機,觀(guan)察轉向是否(fǒu)和規定轉向(xiàng)一👣緻。

  開機後(hòu)觀察運轉是(shi)否正常,如有(you)不正常噪音(yin)、特殊振動或(huo)溫升過高等(deng)情況,應停機(jī)檢查。

●高(gāo)粘度泵工作(zuò)原理:

  高粘度(dù)泵是容積式(shi)内齧合齒輪(lun)泵,主動齒輪(lún)(外轉子)帶動(dong)被動齒輪(内(nei)轉子)旋轉時(shí),不斷🔞産生封(feng)閉的空間,在(zài)吸油區齒輪(lun)逐漸脫離齧(niè)合而液體不(bú)斷地充滿齒(chǐ)間并被帶到(dào)出油區,齒輪(lún)在出油區進(jin)入齧⛱️合時液(ye)體被排出。兩(liǎng)個旋轉齒輪(lún)的共同作用(yong),形成一個穩(wen)定的體積排(pái)量,沒有脈動(dong)。由💰于泵是完(wan)全對稱的,泵(beng)可以反轉,液(ye)流方向也随(suí)之改變。但應(ying)注意,泵的轉(zhuan)向可能受到(dao)密封或泵内(nei)其它結構的(de)限制,用👌戶有(yǒu)反轉要求時(shí)應在訂貨時(shi)做出說明。  

●高(gao)粘度泵優點(diǎn):

  轉子泵的軸(zhóu)向位置可調(diào),不需要拆泵(bèng)。

  泵采用模塊(kuài)化設計,可根(gen)據不同的使(shi)用要求更換(huan)不同部💔件。可(ke)選夾層結構(gou),以方便對泵(beng)加熱或冷卻(que),可以選擇是(shì)否帶安全閥(fa),可以選擇不(bu)同的密封形(xíng)式,詳見🔱密封(feng)結構圖。泵的(de)各個✂️零件可(kě)以選用不同(tóng)的材質以✊适(shì)應具體使用(yòng)要求。

  流(liu)動穩定:流量(liang)與齒輪轉速(su)成正比,與壓(ya)力無關

  流動(dòng)平穩:沒有脈(mo)動和壓力波(bō)峰,不會産生(shēng)管道顫🙇‍♀️動。

  多(duo)功能性:僅僅(jin)通過調整轉(zhuan)子軸的位置(zhi),同一台泵🌂既(jì)可以出來💋稀(xī)釋溶液又可(ke)以出來瀝青(qīng),糖漿,樹脂,聚(jù)合♊物等高粘(zhan)🈚度液體。

  可逆(ni)性:可以通過(guò)改變齒輪的(de)旋轉方向使(shi)液體反向流(liú)動👌,兩種方向(xiang)都能充分發(fā)揮泵的性能(neng)

  自吸性:由泵(bèng)産生高真空(kōng),允許在最大(da)自吸高度實(shí)🏃🏻‍♂️現⛹🏻‍♀️快速自吸(xī),取決于泵送(sòng)液體的物理(lǐ)特性(溫度,蒸(zhēng)汽壓力,粘度(dù)等)。

  建議性:隻(zhī)有兩個活動(dong)部件:主動輪(lún)和動輪,隻有(you)一個軸封。

  預(yu)熱:加熱夾套(tao)或是與外殼(ké)鑄成一體,或(huo)是安裝在端(duan)蓋上,或💋是安(ān)裝在填料壓(yā)蓋上。

  旁路安(an)全閥:旁路安(ān)全閥安裝在(zai)泵上并且容(róng)易調☂️節,在有(yǒu)📧些型号的泵(beng)上采取雙重(zhòng)安全閥并帶(dai)加熱夾套。

  泵進出(chu)口的型式

  常(cháng)規泵進出口(kou)尺寸相同,進(jin)出口呈垂直(zhí)布置,從驅動(dòng)機🔴向泵頭方(fang)向看為右進(jìn)上出。也可根(gēn)據客戶需要(yào),加工成水平(ping)進出☔口型或(huo)左進上出型(xing)。連接方式有(you)法蘭型和螺(luo)⭐紋型.

  泵進出(chū)口負荷

  泵在(zai)安裝時,應限(xiàn)制泵的進出(chū)口所承受的(de)管路負荷。螺(luo)紋聯🤞接的管(guan)接頭不得承(cheng)受負荷,否則(ze)會使泵🤟的聯(lian)🌂接管産生松(sōng)動或旋緊力(lì)矩(管螺紋聯(lian)接處不允許(xu)有旋緊或松(song)動的扭矩,以(yǐ)免)影響管路(lù)的聯接效果(guǒ)。

  泵在起(qǐ)動過程中應(ying)特别注意以(yi)下幾個問題(ti):

  起動前要檢(jian)查下列内容(rong):

  檢查泵、齒輪(lún)箱和電機的(de)對中程度;

  檢(jiǎn)查過濾器中(zhong)有沒有焊皮(pi)和金屬渣;

  檢(jiǎn)查各連接部(bu)位連接是否(fǒu)緊固;

  檢查電(diàn)氣連接的正(zheng)确性及電機(ji)的額定值,并(bìng)檢查電機轉(zhuan)動方♈向是否(fou)正确;

  檢查泵(bèng)的轉動方向(xiang)是否正确;

  如(rú)有安全閥,安(ān)全閥安裝必(bi)須正确,

  檢查(cha)泵軸是否轉(zhuǎn)動靈活;

  泵的(de)内部不能是(shì)幹的,特别是(shì)需要自吸的(de)時候,應向泵(beng)内灌注一些(xiē)油或輸送的(de)液體;

  泵組裝(zhuāng)時在零件的(de)表面有防護(hu)液,如果這種(zhǒng)液體不能和(he)泵送液體相(xiàng)容,則必須清(qing)洗;

  最好在管(guǎn)路上安裝壓(yā)力表和真空(kong)表,方便觀察(chá)泵的❗工作狀(zhuàng)态;

  檢查機械(xiè)密封箱是否(fǒu)注滿液體;

  如果用内燃(rán)機驅動,請在(zài)起動發動機(jī)前保持離合(he)器🥵脫🈲開;

  泵起(qǐ)動後,檢查液(ye)體是否進入(ru)到泵中,泵是(shi)否工作正常(cháng),如果長🌏時間(jian)無液體進入(ru)泵中,應停機(ji)檢查泵及管(guǎn)路。

●高粘度齒(chi)輪泵并不能(néng)産生壓力,它(tā)隻是輸出流(liu)量。壓力低或(huo)無壓力,說‼️明(ming)高粘度齒 輪(lún)泵沒有吸入(rù)液體或洩漏(lou)嚴重。High viscosity gear pump does not generate pressure, it is only the output flow.Pressure is low or no pressure, high viscosity gear wheel pump don't inhale the liquid or leakage is serious.
